Exactly. Part of being a good driver is realizing that there are maniacs everywhere. Gotta let it go. The guy in the semi is screwed now because of these two **** wagons.Oof. This is why if you have a #### bag tailing you just speed up and move over. Don't try to play the hero and teach him a lesson.
It was entirely the Camaro's fault but truck guy was egging on the #### bag.
Hold on...have to send Iron Sheik an angry email.
The title of this thread made me think of the opening scene from Marathon Man.
I can't believe that nobody in either thread is putting any blame on the trucker. I used to drive for a living and I've seen this cat-and-mouse game a million times, and you can be sure that the guy driving the big rig was well aware of what was happening. So instead of just easing back so that the children can finish their little game, he keeps pace with the pickup truck. He also got what he deserved.

Don't get me wrong, the two jokers in the left lane are imbeciles, but the trucker is far from blameless.
Did the rig slow down, only to watch the pickup reduce speed, too? Dash cam guy got close to the action and maybe this was why.I can't believe that nobody in either thread is putting any blame on the trucker. I can't tell for sure, but it looked like the truck was trying to slow down, like you suggest, but the pickup just slowed down with him to piss off the Camaro. Even if he didn't and just maintained his speed, I don't think he did anything wrong.yep all 3 of them!I can't believe that nobody in either thread is putting any blame on the trucker. You can say but the truck shoulda done this or that but in the end, the dooshpickle in the Camaro drove on the shoulder and lost control.
Camaro driver is an ###.
It's frustrating to see trucks act arrogant on the road - for example, when there's traffic, 2 semis will ride next to each other in an attempt to control traffic. They're actually making traffic worse.I can't believe that nobody in either thread is putting any blame on the trucker. Agreed. I am sure I'm not alone in seeing so many hotshot teenagers drive aggressively - maybe not like Camaro Charlie in the video, but very dangerously.Yup. Save this one for driver's ed class... "kids... is it really worth it?"
Decades ago the MA state police tried controlling highway speed by having 4 patrol cars side by side in each lane all going 55MPH. created a horrible backup and was abandoned after a day. It's frustrating to see trucks act arrogant on the road - for example, when there's traffic, 2 semis will ride next to each other in an attempt to control traffic. Why would you need 4? Everytime I see a cop on the highway, he's effectively blocking all lanes as no one dares pass him.Decades ago the MA state police tried controlling highway speed by having 4 patrol cars side by side in each lane all going 55MPH. created a horrible backup and was abandoned after a day. It's frustrating to see trucks act arrogant on the road - for example, when there's traffic, 2 semis will ride next to each other in an attempt to control traffic. and you always get that aggressive Camarro driver who angrily weaves through the cars behind the cop, flashing and swerving until they get to the front. Why would you need 4? There are plenty of good reasons to get a dash cam. They're cheap and they can protect you from fraudulent claims in the event of an accident or from a SOB policeman. No good reason not to have one IMO. Only thing stopping me is inertia. My BIL recently did this.Outside of police, who has a camera on at all times?
No good reason why. But he's an attention hoor so it's probably just in case he ever gets a chance to make a look at me youtube video.

You misspelled "Cammarrow."The guy in the Cameron deserves to be in jail and the guy in the truck deserves a butt kicking. I am indifferent about the trucker. Maybe he should have got out of the way but not his fault these two are acting like a-holes. Hopefully the guy in the camero and truck sustained non life threatening injuries and had to pay big dollars for any damage to the semi :street justice:
I'm surprised it took 5 posts for this response.larch said:
Camaro is about 89% to blame. Pickup is 11%. If he doesn't play "Keeper of the Speed", he goes home with a non-crashed truck.at the people blaming the guy in the pick-up. Yeah, he was being a tool but the Camaro driver is 100% to blame for the crash.
Let's go with 95% here, guy.at the people blaming the guy in the pick-up. Yeah, he was being a tool but the Camaro driver is 100% to blame for the crash.

eerily similar to the truck and camaro... strange.I took the city bus the other day. It was almost completely full.
There was one seat open but this jerkoff had his backpack on it. I asked him to move it so I could sit down but he ignored me. I asked him again very nicely...this time he not only didn't move his backpack he put his foot on the seat too.
I couldn't believe the nerve of this guy. Finally I pulled out my 9 and started shooting rounds into the window right above him.
I guess that scared the bus driver. He swerved and ran over 4 or 5 pedestrians.
Mr. Backpack Jerk killed people. I hope he's happy.
