How 'bout them Broncos! Orange Crush is back!

I have a couple questions:

1) In a PPR yards heavy league, we play 2 QBs and I have Brady, Rodgers and Orton. Could you make a case to play Orton (vs Chargers) over Brady (vs Tennessee) this week?

2) Same PPR yards heavy league, play 3 WRs, I have Manningham, but could pick up Jeremy Maclin or Austin Collie going forward. Would that be worth it for depth (my other WRs are Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Pierre Garcon & Eddie Royal). I know I should probably drop Royal, but the Bronco fan in me can't.

Thanks guys,

Coloradan back from Japan and Stuck in Texas again

Hey guys struggling and need help.

McNabb against Oakland or Hasselbeck vs. Arizona. McNabb should be the no brainer, but I am worried he will be sitting the 2nd half, while Hasselbeck will be in a shoot-out.

Second question: Non-PPR league, which 2 RBs?

Moreno

Grant

DeAngelo Williams

Everyplace I've looked has Grant and Moreno with awesome match-ups, but I am worried about benching Williams.

Thanks guys, and welcome back Bloom.

Wutsup Sig!

1. Need 2 this week out of: Adrian Peterson, Pierre Thomas, and Ryan Grant?

2. Todd Heap or Greg Olsen this week?

3. Garrard vs. Rams or Palmer vs. Texans?

Warner vs. Seahawks

or

Schaub vs. Bengals

and..

Need 2 this week out of: Brandon Jacobs, Moreno, LT, Sammy Morris, Caddy

Which one of these three WRs has the most fantasy production for the rest of this year: Jeremy Maclin, Hakeem Nicks, Johnny Knox?

Assuming the Tampa Bay RBs are the best I can do as a bye week filler over the next two weeks, which one should I use: Cadillac Williams or Derrick Ward?

Hey guys Great show.

I have a question about my WR's I currently have MegaTron, D.Bowe, and Santana Moss in a PPR league which I start 2. It is looking likely that Calvin will be sitting this week and not coming back until week 8. So I am forced to start both Bowe and Santana, but there is also Burleson on the waiver wire. Just wondering if picking up Burleson for Santana Moss would be a wise move?

One more question............with Cincy's Corners Leon Hall and Jonathan Joseph are shutting down teams #1 WR's does this help things for putting Kevin Walter, Owen Daniels, or even Jacoby Jones into your lineup? This assuming they shut down Andre the Giant

Hey guys which Bush

PPR

Reggie or Michael

I'm thinking Reggie if Thomas is out, otherwise :2cents:

Sig since you were out last week and after the Edwards Monday night party, I would like your take on the value of Cotchery moving forward.

Is there a chance any of these RB's take over before the year is out:

Forsett

Charles

B. Jackson

Hey guys I need your help. Thanks for doing all of these podcasts!

I am 1-4 with the highest scoring team in this 14 team league. I am trying to decide between these 4 players for my flex: scoring is 1 ppr for wr, 1.5 ppr for te, .1 pt per yd

D Bowe vs Wash

H Nicks vs New Orleans

M Lewis vs St Louis (already starting MJD and Garrard)

Finley vs Detroit

Thinking Ahead for W7 pickups

Based on the matchups for W7, who do you like better:

J. Maclin @ WAS

M. Manningham or H. Nicks vs ARI

Antonio Bryant vs NE

T. Ginn vs. NO

Do you think there is any chance we will see M. Leinart this year? everybody is complaining about ARI ofense? from Warner strenght, to offensive playcalling what is your take on this situation?

Thanks and keep the EXCELLENT work!!!

Hi guys, love the show! Sigmond I hope you had a good vacation.

Which 2 WR's in TD heavy scoring? They all have good matchups!

S Smith(Car)

TJ Housumama(SEA)

M Sims-Walker (Jac)

M. Maningham(NYG)

I'm leaning towards TJ and Sims-Walker, Smith hasn't really done much yet this season, hasn't scored a TD yet.

PS- I'm one of your few female listeners. Keep up the great work!

Hey guys, could you give a little pep talk to us sullen Light Blue Jesus owners? His stats have been very thin the last few weeks...where do we go from here?

Cecil, I enjoyed the long over due appearance of a caertain rock n' roll clown on the waiver wire show!

Good to have you back, Sig. I hope your time away was well spent! Two questions for the show tonight:

1) Schaub vs. CIN OR McNabb vs. OAK: The matchup is much better for McNabb, but I'm worried that he won't have to play the whole game or will get nicked up again - much easier to justify pulling him out against OAK. And I've started both McNabb AND Hasselbeck this year when they had their ribs broken. I don't want a repeat of THAT.

2) I have a pending trade that I would like your input on (non-PPR): I give up Miles Austin and Jamal Lewis for Steve Slaton and Santana Moss. It is a counter-offer combination of both of our original trade offers. It's a bit of a steal for me, but he seems to want Austin badly. What do you guys think about who would be the winner in this deal?

Thanks for the advice guys!

Hey Guys -- excellent show tonight. Kudos.

Cecil, GREAT job last week, so thanks.

Sigmund, glad your time away was restful and inspiring, and welcome back.

1. Like many other owners last week, I benched Cedric Benson vs. BAL. Considering his robust season to date, and especially after his performance last weekend, is he a must-start now? In your opinions who are this season's other unlikely must-starters?

2. Gonzales/Garcon/Collie -- going forward which of these guys receives the most attention from Sir Peyton?

3. In your opinions who are reasonable RB and/or WR trade equivalencies for R. Mendenhall?

4. Sleeper DST for this weekend?

You're awesome,

The Riv

Hey Guys

picking a no3 WR of the WW for a 1 week spot. Am looking at E.Bennett @atl, M. Bradley@was or M. Thomas@stl

also when should a guy make a move for Matt Jones

cheers

Hey guys, I'm off to a 4-1 start thanks in part to your advice! I have a couple of questions this week...

With Philip Rivers facing Denver's D, should I sit him for either Jason Campbell vs KC or Daunte Culpepper against GB?

Should I start LeSean McCoy or Mike Bell at flex? I think McCoy could get all of the 2nd half carries, but with the Pierre Thomas injury, what should we expect of out Bell this week?

Thanks!

hey guys,

benson owner here.

would you suggest selling benson while his value is at a all time high? possibly for dwill , turner or another predraft top 5 back? should i sit tight? thanks boys.

Welcome back, Sig-freid. I'll keep it about one guy this go round:

What are both of your thoughts on Thomas Jones going forward? Seems like all we have heard is how impressed the NY coaches are with Greene......and then Greene gets almost no reps and Jones consistently gets all the carries at the stripe.

Jones' YPC is certainly fugly, but the guy is on pace for 800ish yards and 15-16 TDs(I know he's probably not going to get that many TDs, but he probably should crack 10-12.) If I'm struggling at the flex spot, and I am...badly, does Jones become a guy I have to consider each week just because he may be this year's "LenDale White/LeRon McClain?" Or is he still a "matchup only" sort of guy? I'd assume vs. the Bills this week would be one of those "matchup" times anyway, but what about going forward? Still more valuable than, say, a Sammy Morris? About equal? Less so? Guy like McCoy have more value over the course of the year because Greene is looming? Would love to hear your opinions.

Appreciate what both of you do for me/us.

Cedric Benson's PPR dynasty value, what are your guys thoughts?

He's only 26, he seems like a new player, what do you think the future holds?

I am currently 0-5 and I'm in the mode where I have to sell off any older producing vets for youth/potential and I'm wondering if he's not a HOLD in dynasty then what should I be looking for in return valuewise?

Thanks again for you great contributions.

Sigmund,

I just listened to the preview shows and I'm surprised about the difference in analysis between Cooley and Carlson. Redskins is missing Samuels, so their RT is moving over to LT and someone new is stepping in at RT. I get that and I agree with you that it would effect Cooley's production since he will stay home more for protection.

Seattle is missing far more tackles than that. Their #1 starting LT is out (Walter Jones). They moved over their starting RT to LT and he is now out. The third option for LT (a 6th or 7th round rookie pick) stepped in, but he is now out for the year, so a tackle from their practice squad is starting.

Don't you think that Carlson's lack of production may also be due to him being asked to stay home for protection? I would guess that Carlson's production remains very limited until they get off their bye week and some of their offensive linemen get back. What reasons do you see for Carlson bouncing back this week?

I have a real doozy at WR this week. I need two of these guys to start and they all seem pretty vanilla, which is why it makes it so hard to choose the best two:

1) B.Berrian

2) D.Hester

3) J.Knox

4) M.Manningham

5) H.Nicks

Thanks, Guys!

Never mind. I was the 1st caller on the show and had it answered. Thanks!

pick 2 thomas,p or portis,c

pick 2 manningham,moss,s.,edawrds,b.,

pick 1 big ben or mcnabb

wash def or den def

Always have great shows guys!

Well, I have the dreaded bye approaching in Week 7 that I am working to plan for

Calvin, MJD, Rice, Moreno

Nicks and Collie are replacing the WR2 and flex spot

all I have left is LJ, Caddy, and Bell at RB... do you think Bell is going to get more action than many expect? Will LJ come to life one game vs SD? Will Tampa realize that Caddy is the better back?

The WW RB options are M. Bush vs Jets and B. Wells vs Giants

=======================================

Thomas has been exceptional, but word before the season was that Sean Payton considered Bell's physical running "the piece our offense has been missing" or something to that effect. He also "advised" his son to take Bell in his fantasy league, for whatever that's worth, saying "I think I hae a little insight into the situation."
