$250 up front. It's a $200 league with $1 waiver/free agent moves. $5 trades. You start out with $50 credit towards these transactions (hence the $250). If you spend more you'll have to pay more. If you spend less then you will receive money back.

QB: 5 TD, 1 every 25 yards, .5 complete, -.5 incomplete, -2 INT
RB: 6 TD, 1 every 10, .75 reception, -2 fumble
WR: 6 TD, 1 every 10, 1 reception, -2 fumble
TE: 6 TD, 1 every 10, 1 reception, -2 fumble
IDP:
Solo Tackles 1 point
Assisted Tackles .5 points
Sacks 4 points
Tackles for a Loss 3 points
Passes Defensed 1 point
Interceptions 6 points
Forced Fumbles 4 points
Fumble Recoveries 2 points
Touchdowns 6 points
Safeties 10 points
Blocked Kicks 6 points
It looks like I will be hosting this on MyFantasyLeague.com. This site, while lacking in appearance, allows for all of the above settings. Most reviews love it after using it.

I am running the site. We are based out of Texas and have people from different cities playing. All money is being collected up front. Prizes are as follows:

Second Place - $800
Third Place - $250
Regular Season Winner - $300

Highest Point Total of the Year - $100
Most Action on Waivers - $25
Donkey Award (vote) - $25
