Ralph Vacchiano, of the New York Daily News, reports New York Giants PK John Carney missed his first field goal of the season during the team's Week 7 game. However, head coach Tom Coughlin is still resisting using PK Lawrence Tynes. Carney and Tynes will be game-time decisions for the team's Week 8 game.
