U.S. National Whitewater Center (1 Viewer)

Anyone been? I've heard about it for years and it never registered in my head just how awesome this place might be. About to head over for a trail run and concert/beers. Probably go back for a full day of activities next week.

Any recs on the best activities for someone with no experience on the water or ropes?

Sorry if this is a Honda, didn't feel like sifting through the Charlotte thread and this place sounds cool enough it should have its own thread.

Been a few times. Rafting is my favorite part by far. Trails are used pretty heavily by bikers, so they aren't the best for running and walking.
