The Hooters rule.Day by Day and And We Danced are also underrated.
Most people who know the Hooters, are limited to their very succesful Nervous Nights album. There are two awesome songs on their follow up album, although they didn't make much of an impact on the charts.

Satellite and Karla with a K.

Anyone who is a fan of their Mtv hits should definitely check these out.

I saw the Hooters recently on the VH1 Classic concert featuring Cyndi Lauper (who they wrote a few songs for). They were pretty good.

Yeah, they're very talented. They wrote the big hit for Joan Osbourn a few years back, What if God Was One Of Us.

"Don't Tell Me You Love Me"---Night Ranger
Brad Gillis shreds on that song. Good twin leads with him and Jeff Watson.
I agree!!I've been meaning to add this to the "guitar solos" thread.

We have a local 80's tribute band in the area and the two guitarists rip it up...................worth the price of admission!!

Speaking of the Philly bar band scene of the 80's (which is where the Hooters came from), east coasters may remember two other Philadelphia area acts....

Robert Hazzard and the Heroes- Escalator of Life and Change Reaction, and

The A's- Woman's got The Power

Personally, I like their older to middle stuff: "Light It On Fire", "Man On The Run", "So Sad About Me", "Take Me Back to New Orleans", "Whatcha Goin Do".....I could go on and on....
