Regina, the Evil Queen - Once Upon A Time.  Lana Parilla is just amazing at playing wicked. She also looks amazing in all those low cut numbers they put her in.

While all of these are great choices, I'm going to go ahead and say the most controversial thing I've ever said on this board and I'll make no apologies for doing so:

Dr. Cox has them all beat.

You can also pick out a number of guest stars from Seinfeld that were just tremendous in their roles:

Tim Whatley

J. Perterman

David Puddy

Izzy Mandelbaum

Jane (square to spare)

Gary Fogel

I could go on and on.  Maybe a special category for Seinfeld guest stars...haha

He was sooo good on that show.

Stuart on Big Bang
There are a bunch on BBT. Both Leonard's and Sheldon's mothers are spectacular. (Christine Baranski and Laurie Metcalf)

Carol Ann Susi, who did the voice of Howard's mother was great too. RIP.

I agree and would add Kevin. It seems I laugh no matter what that guy says.
I’m watching the first or second season (again) and was reminded how Kevin was not the same character that he eventually became. Not sure when the transformation took place but he was a “reserved, quiet” character at first. I agree, he’s hilarious!

I think most of the character from The Office are spot on! The only one I don’t care for is Pam. I don’t think she’s that great of an actor.

I've rewatched this series about 12 times now.  I can't believe how much I laugh every time.  I put it on to fall asleep.

The change happened after season 2.  During the casino night episode, he's talking to the camera about how he won a bracelet at the WSOP.  In season 3, he slowly starts acting slower.  Then he goes full leotard after that.

You'll also notice that around season 3 or 4, Daryl started speaking with a different voice.  It's a low, gruff voice.  It's odd.  It's almost like they decided to try it out and it didn't catch so they just went back to his normal voice the next season.

My wife hates that I watch The Office over and over and over and over and laugh at it constantly.
