Unique Places You've Visited The Shark Pool... (1 Viewer)

I had the pleasure of spending Sunday at Six Flags Magic Mountain in the L.A. area (I'm from El Paso) and was glad that the Steelers had a bye. After asking around a bit, I was directed into the Cyber Cafe where I was able to update my fantasy scores and also read through the threads in the Shark Pool.

That got me wondering...

...not counting using your own lap top, fancy phone, or other technical gear that you can take with you, where is the most "out of the way" place that you've entered the Shark Pool?

I stumbled upon an internet cafe in Cha-Am, Thailand. I did not really go out of my way though.

while at a funeral, for a distant relative - btw, i borrowed a cousins blackberry and installed ESPN mobile app so that i could make a last minute change to my roster. it was the wrong move and i ended up losing that week, but man...the things people will do

Church :goodposting:

I would sit at the back in the A/V booth. The computer we use to run the video is connected to the internet. It was actually before the service started....I swear.

Business center at the Hotel Allegre (now called Dreams Tulum) in Tulum, Mexico a couple years ago.

Take your pick:

Vang Viene, Laos

Siem Reap, Cambodia

Cuzco, Peru

Iguazu, Argintina

Bol, Croatia

Warclaw, Poland
