Unknown dynasty league targets to get now (1 Viewer)

So I've got a few extra roster spots in my 31 man dynasty league (it's IDP) that I can use for some dynasty stashes for next year.  Any under the radar names?

The viability of some of these will depend on league size but some ideas:

RB

Chris Warren, RB, OAK - Lynch and Martin are UFA.  Tore it up in preseason before getting hurt, Lynch could be gone, seems like a Gruden type guy ("grinder"), could take the early down/goal line role

Mark Walton, RB, CIN - Likely rostered in most places, but Bernard should be gone and he'll be Mixon's cuff and could have some PPR value.

Corey Grant, RB, JAX - This may be more of a post-hype guy since he was a darling last offseason but may have been dropped with the injury.  He's a UFA and may get a look somewhere or be brought back as a cheaper option for JAX with Yeldon also being a UFA.  Fournette's backup isn't a bad spot to be.

Rod Smith, RB, DAL - He's a UFA and has done well in Zeke's place, could get a decent shot at playing time somewhere.

WR

DaeSean Hamilton, WR, DEN - Probably only available in very shallow leagues but maybe an impatient owner dropped him in some places.  Should have a role this year coming back from injury with DT gone and good chance of Manny being gone this offseason as well.

Deon Cain, WR, IND - If dropped with his njury.  Was tearing up camp before his injury, opportunity is there in a great situation, good pedigree.

Chad Beebe, WR, MIN - Just came up to the active roster before the bye and went 3-21.  Could carve out a role, Vikings fans seem to love him.

Richie James/Kendrick Bourne, WR, SF - WR room is crowded but both of these guys have flashed, Bourne has been getting some volume lately but may still be off some radars

Justin Watson, WR, TB - Another crowded situation that could clear up some this offseason.  Big and athletic.

Trey Quinn, WR, WAS - Preseason darling but may have been dropped with his injury, just activated from IR and opportunity is there to contribute this season.

Jordan Lasley, WR, BAL - This WR room could be completely different next year.  Lasley would've went higher in the draft if not for character concerns, flashed a bit in the preseason.

Robert Foster/Isaiah McKenzie, WR, BUF - Monitoring these guys.  BUF cut Pryor which seems to indicate they want to see what they got with Zay Jones and the other young guys.  Both these guys flashed last week.

TE

Demetrius Harris, TE, KC - UFA this offseason, may get an opportunity for more action elsewhere

Michael Roberts, TE, DET - On a lot of radars with the 2 TD game a few weeks ago, should hopefully soak up some targets down the stretch with Tate gone and Marvin now banged up.

I will second:

Trey Quinn. Washington has been looking for a reliable slot guy for a while. Quinn was pushing for potential starters reps in preseason before he got hurt. He's got a chip on his shoulder to boot. Out-performed Sutton in college

Demetrius Harris. I am pretty negative when it comes to any athlete who has had microfracture surgery. Kelce may break down pretty quick like Gronk has been. Harris is a huge target and a decent dynasty stash. I don't see him being as good as Kelce any day, but he certainly deserves a flier.

Chris Warren. Big fan. I think he gets over-drafted this year to be honest, but he will compete with whomever Oakland brings in (FA or Rookie) for starter reps. He has as good of a chance at any unless they sign Bell or something, which I'm not sure I see them doing.

I'll add:
Danny Etling. QB is thin in 2019, so if NE doesn't grab one in the first or second round they could be left going with what they got. Etling has some drawbacks but he's had a full year on the practice squad to learn. That has to count for something. If NE decides to ignore QB in the 2019 draft then I think that speaks well of Etling's progress

Teddy Bridgewater. Oddly enough he doesn't seem to be in NO's future, at least right now. Regardless if he's resigned or not, he very well could be a starter somewhere next year.

Jacob Hollister. This year has been a pretty big disappointment thus far, as he's been hurt as much as Gronk has been, so he's lost some significant opportunity to earn playing time/looks in this offense. Gronk is crumbling faster than Gruden's favor-ability rating. Hollister was a work in progress last year, and still seemed to have some areas to grow this year. I think 2019 could be an interesting year if NE stands pat at TE

Until further notice, isn't that Hyde at this point?

Presuming that Yeldon walks in 2019 FA, Corey Grant appears lined up to be the new Yeldon, if I'm not mistaken...

...so, yes and no, depending on how you view things.

IMHO: A healthy Fournette dominates carries. Hyde, his true backup, sees little to no use weekly; only for breathers, blow-outs and injury. Pure handcuff with little stand-alone value.

Corey Grant, in the meantime, would carve out a valuable PPR role as the change of pace back, aka Yeldon. That might be valuable as a bye-week flex, matchup dependent.

All 3 remain healthy, I  think we'd see Fournette 65%, Grant 25%, Hyde 10% of overall RB touches.

In the event of a Fournette injury spanning multiple games, IMHO, we'd see a 50/50 split between Hyde/Grant, assuming there are no other RB's involved in the equation.

Now, let's assume Jacksonville is rational, which I think is likely, due to Coughlin...maybe they sprinkle in more Hyde to protect Fournette from wear and tear.

I still think that eats more into Fournette than it does Grant - but not enough to bump him out of RB1 talk - just enough to bump him down the ladder a few pegs. Sort of like how I think the Vikings will manage Dalvin Cook/Lat Murray moving forward.  From what I've seen, there appears to me to be a specific role for a Yeldon/Grant type of back in the Jacksonville offensive scheme that's unique and different than what Fournette/Hyde bring to the table.

At least, that's how I see it...

All accounts I heard on Ettling was that he was terrible.

If they resigned him but Grant is no more under contract then Yeldon is next season. Personally I thought that was big motivator in why they dealt for Hyde, not so much Fournette's hamstring he was dealing with but with 2019 in mind as much if not more then anything.

Good list but I would be extremely shocked if Gio did not return in 2019, not mildly surprised but shocked.

He's not exactly unknown, but he deserves a lot of attention, especially in 2 QB leagues. He's going to be the number one UFA QB available and this is going to be a pretty weak QB class. There may be some smart teams that look to sign him as their starter and then use the draft to address other needs.

It'd be nice to see the Giants sign him and use their 1st pick on a top offensive lineman, and give Teddy some great weapons to play with.
