Once the Cardinals figured out that Rolle's replacement at CB last week was a slow-footed dwarf, you saw what they did in the fourth quarter to the Ravens. I don't think it will take Cleveland that long to figure it out.

The Ravens traditionally don't match up McAlister vs. the opponent's #1 WR -- though they did have him on Fitzgerald all over the field last week. Definitely a chance for some big receiving numbers vs. the Ravens this week.

Actually, I'm thinking BAL may rotate the safety over, which would mean an upgrade to Winslow and JJ and maybe even Lewis.

Actually, Braylon has historically been productive against the Ravens, regardless of who is playing. Granted, that history is not that long, but he had some nice games last year against the Ravens.

Thanks to everyone for these posts. These are exactly the kind of threads that really help owners get inside the projections.

I'll be starting Edwards (over D. Branch) this week.

Good luck.

Is Braylon on the verge of becoming a "must-start" every week? Due to byes, I don't have many other options this week anyway, outside of D-Bowe. Gotta say though, it's hard to ever feel good about a matchup against the Ravens.

Edwards over Foster in my flex! What if Winslow is out? What does it do to Edwards' value?
I think Winslow will play, but If he doesn't I don't think it would effect Edwards either way. Heiden does great when asked to fill Winslow's shoes and JJ would probably see more targets as well.

As a Michigan fan, I knew Braylon had the talent to be a top NFL WR, but that it would take him a few years to mature. Looks like his mind has finally caught up to his body. Braylon has elite skills and should be a force for awhile.

Didn't see the game - but I can't imagine that kind of defensive collapse by BAL. What the heck happened??
The Browns O-line totally DOMINATED the Line of Scrimmage in Passing plays. Joe Thomas held Suggs to 2 tackles and Anderson had a lot of time to pass. On Braylon's TD, he smoked Mccallister on a "Slugo" route where he faked a deep slant and went long. He was open by 20 yards.People need to realize that it's not 2006 anhy longer and that the Browns have 3 Offensive weapons and an ABOVE AVERAGE O-line now for pass blocking. Joe Thomas and Eric Steinbach have transformed this Line into a very good unit.Braylon and Winslow are now MUST STARTS, and Lewis, Anderson and Quinn when he gets in are all Fantasy viable according to the Match-up.The Browns could very easily be 3-1 if not for a Blocked FG.Pretty Amazing.

The answer is YES my friend. Braylon is this year's big time 3rd year WR breakout.
I'm a believer, but I'm not feeling him this week against the Pats. N.E. held Chad to 3/53/0 last night. Now that D-Bowe and Crayton have broken out, I have a problem every week. A good problem, but a problem. With Bowe, Edwards, Driver and Crayton, I can only play three of them. I am loving Braylon in a big way, but he has the toughest matchup of the four by far in week 5.

Play Bowe, Edwards and Driver. These are the guys who will get consistent Targets. They're the #1 WR's on their Team. Chad was a Victim because the Pats were getting pressure and only rushing 4 players most downs. They won't be able to get as much pressure on the browns with 4. Edwards has been good for AT LEAST one big play per week with Anderson.

The top receivers for teams have actually been doing alright against the Patriots. Coles had 2 TD in week 1. Gates had 70 yards and a TD in week 2. TJ had 100 yards and a TD in week 4. Obviously Lee Evans would seem to be the exception. Still 3 out of 4's not bad. Now it comes down to who do you view as the top receiver for Cleveland. Edwards or Winslow? So far it's been Edwards so he should have a good game.
