You left out the part that he is relatively average out of the blocks compared to world class sprinters.

Also, I think he makes boatloads somehow as a sprinter.

Point taken.  But I dont' think it changes the assessment at all.  There are a lot of track stars in college with out of the block ability similar to Bolt, and the NFL is not littered with these guys.

The guy is a world class athlete. I'm sure if he played football for years since at least high school he'd be a star nfl player. But now? No chance. Jared Hayne barely made an nfl roster last year.
