There is a great article about VBD in the Football Guys magazine about setting a baseline for VBD. It says to use 10 rounds(on average).
But what if you are in a keeper league and you protect, 3 or 5+ players, and only have half the rounds vs a redraft? What round do you use for your baseline?
Let's say for example you are in a 12 team keeper league where you protect 5 players. So when all is said and done 60 players are now offcially off the draft board. And lets say you have 11 rounds in your draft (for a total of 16 roseter spots). What round(number of picks) do you use to set your VBD baseline?
I was thinking 5-7 rounds.
What are your thoughts? Anyone come up with a formula?
