With Ron Dayne coming to Houston, what are you Vernand Morency owners doing? Is Morency worth holding onto?

It's Ron Dayne. I wouldn't think it will impact the value of Morency much at all. Besides, it's only a ploy to motivate the water boy.....

New Texans running back Ron Dayne is expected to be utilized in short-yardage and goal-line situations.

Coach Gary Kubiak calls Dayne "a real bruiser." The former Heisman winner will be listed third on the depth chart, but could begin to vulture Wali Lundy's touchdowns as the season progresses. Dayne now appears a better handcuff for Lundy than Vernand Morency.

he was already on another roster plus i've wasted enough roster spots on HOU-RB's. thankfully i was able to put DD on our IR.FWIW.... i really think Kubiak is going to play all the young guys at every position all year. He wants to see what he has for 2007.

Morency's value obviously goes up big time with Dayne in the picture. Now that any possibility of real competition for the #2 spot is gone, he can relax and watch Dayne screw up once again.
