Vikings sign CB Beckham, release WR White

The Vikings signed fifth-year cornerback Tony Beckham and released receiver Dez White, who missed four practices earlier this week because of a knee injury. White was one of 12 receivers the Vikings had at the start of training camp.
Beckham played in 50 games for the Tennessee Titans during his first four seasons. Last year, he saw action in 15 games (two starts) and had 10 tackles, four passes broken up and six special teams tackle.
Beckham was a fourth-round pick in the 2002 draft. He played college football at Wisconsin-Stout.
