Both LT and Gates are locked down long-term. Plus, a 1st-rounder was used on Davis and they're obviously expecting him to be a major contributor soon. Jackson is good, but there's going to be a lot of marshmellowed-sticks in the campfire over the next few years.

I've said it many a time on this board.

V-Jax is not a pure WR1. V-Jax is a great complimentary WR2. His size makes him a great occasional jump ball/deep threat and red-zone target but, he cant consistently perform for you and make all the catches you expect from a Wr1. So I think because he is mis-used he will falter. If Buster Davis can step up and be there every down speedster, V-Jax should blossom as the Wr2.

he's a number 1. He might not be as athletic as some of the premier wideouts but he can get it done in different ways.
