Vintage Games on Video (1 Viewer)

There is a site that has many vintage games from many sports, but I'm unable to find anything on the first ever AFC Championship game between the Raiders vs Colts on Jan 3, 1971.

The link to many vintage games can be found at - http://www.classicballgame.com/ I've purchased several already, but I really would love to find something on the Colts / Raiders first ever AFC Championship game on Jan 3 1971.

Pretty cool site : but what about "any unauthorized use without the expressed written consent is prohibited" line?

This is the video equivalent to buying $15 NFL jerseys from China...

Not that there is anything wrong with that...

I'll have to look at that when I get home, I get the blue screen of death from my work's firewall. Is the Colts vs Raiders AFC Championship game from Jan 3, 1971 full game on that site?

I look forward to seeing that 25 min version. I wonder if the full game can be had anywhere?

Mods, please move this to the free for all forum. There may be a bigger audience with more info.

Yes, it is a torrent site. I doubt it's any less legit than the site you posted in the OP.
Doesn't torrent sites require you to get data from multiple sites that are pieced together for the final product and also require you to join the torrent site to provide data for others as well? Aren't they also more invasive on your computer? It's a moot point because the site you posted is no longer accepting registrations. "The current user account limit (40000) has been reached. Account creation has been suspended for the time being, please check back again later..."

Funny that you should mention this game. This occurred on the worst sports weekend of my 13-year-old life when my beloved Raiders and 49ers each lost the conference championship. Pretty quiet at school the following Monday.

Later the same year, the Giants and A's each lost their league championships too. All four Bay Area teams were one step away.

That first AFC Championship game was a sweet memory for me. I remember being so happy the Colts were going back to the Super Bowl and I hoped they would redeem themselves for the loss of Super Bowl III. They wanted to play well and win convincingly in Super Bowl V, but that didn't happen at all. They turned the ball over many times in what is known today as the Blunder Bowl. The defense was the difference in Super Bowl V. As for the AFC Championship game against the Raiders, the Colts played very well that day. I doubt if I will ever find a copy of that first AFC Championship game.

Sort of, but not exactly. The file size is relatively small, I'll DL it and up it some place for you to get directly. Keep an eye on your PMs.

Not saying how, but I can get a DVD of The Duel in The Dust. But then making a copy of it is something I do not know how to do. Would need help with that.

I already have the 1970 Raiders highlight film on DVD and I love the few seconds devoted to the 70 afc title game.

If you have a DVD burner (which all new computers/laptops come with) it would be very easy to duplicate it.

My wife has a laptop. I haven't used my computer in 3 years due to a dispute with Verizon. I suppose I could burn a DVD if necessary.

If you could provide me a link to Duel in the Dust I could burn my own copy. Or I could pay you a modest sum for a copy if you would burn one and mail it to me.

The latter is what would have to happen.
