Yeah I noticed that also. Not a whole lot of DB talk either, seemed to be almost totally focused on LB. That being said I did really enjoy the show and the LB stuff was very useful, I'd just like to see more DL/DB talk in the future.

Appreciate the feedback everyone.I thought John did a pretty good job of running through the DB waiver wire potentials early in the show and we hit on the Pollard and Berry issues heavily, but we definitely didn't get to as much of the under-over performing DL (or DB really) that we had on the agenda. We could probably do a two hour show and still have things we'd like to say unfortunately. We'll try to keep the show more balanced in the future.
I don't know about that, but there wasn't really any breakout performances from any DLs who weren't already on teams, unlike in LBs and DBs where there was several.
One question though - this edition of the podcast has always been posted relatively late in the week, well after the recaps and waiver wire podcasts. I know in my leagues, the waiver period always happens before I get a chance to listen to the podcast and I assume that's the same for many others. I wouldn't say I'm reliant on it for IDP waiver wire advice, but there are some occasions when it would be handy to know ahead of time whether it's worth using a waiver claim on certain guys. Is there any reason why the podcast doesn't come out a bit earlier?
So in terms of setting your lineups and overall IDP goodness (including being a step ahead of the game with situational developments etc), it's still a fantastic resource, but for attacking the waiver wire, I would say not very useful.

DT Henry Melton, Chicago4 tackles, 1 assist, 2 sacks. Not bad for a guy who plays DT on Rushing Downs, then splits out to DE opposite Peppers on passing downs.
