In leagues with small benches, holding or dropping? Realistically, when will he be back?

In a small bench league, assuming no IR spots, I can see dropping him. He's out at least 3 weeks, and 4-6 is probably the timeline. He's not a valuable enough player to need to be hung onto through that. Probably a decent chance you could pick him back up in 2 weeks or so.
