Waiver claims looking way ahead (1 Viewer)

OK. In my main league I'm 11-0 and have already locked up the #1 playoff spot meaning that the next few weeks do not matter so looking at pick ups for weeks 15 and 16.

My team, QB Mahomes, Watson and Lamar Jackson (picked up Lamar last week for an empty roster spot just to keep him away from other teams. Only start one) RB's Aaron Jones, Sony Michel, Jalen Richard, Duke Johnson, Spencer Ware and dropping Doug Martin.  Wr's  Michael Thomas, OBJ, Sanders, DJ Moore, and T'Quan Smith. TE's Ertz and Goedert. 1 pt ppr, start 2 rb's 2 wr's, 1 te and 3 flex.

Pretty sure that Gus Edwards will be gone by my pick.  Which leaves a lot of guys that will probably not be picked up at all like Jaylen Samuels (New England/New Orleans), Malcolm Brown (Philly/Arizona), Rex Burkhead (Sony handcuff-Pittsburgh/Buffalo),  and probably one or two of these wr's should be there, Taylor Gabriel (GB/San Fran),  Josh Doctson (Jax/Tenn) and Adam Humphries (Balt/Dal).

How would you prioritize them? I'm thinking from a handcuff standpoint that Burkhead should be my top target but love the upside of Samuels and Brown should they get the call and the WR's are fairly close to each other.  Thoughts??? Thanks

I would pick up Burkhead. Hes got the better chance at putting up numbers and he’s a handcuff to Sony.  I’d put in a claim for Gus because you never know 😁

I would prioritize Burkhead as protection.  Next I would go with Malcolm Brown.  He got quite a bit of run last night as it didn't look like Gurley was himself.  Not sure of the reason but it made me go hmmm.

I wouldn't worry about the WR's.  You won't play them over what you have.
