I have Kelce coming back from injury, we have a limited roster to 2 TEs. It is non-PPR, who do I keep Luke Musgrave or Tayson Hill?

I would drop Hill. He is someone you will never play. You can't predict his usage. Give me the guy that I know how he will be used.
