It's a gamble, Smith may or may not become the #2 while Coutee looks like he is supplanting Fuller.

It depends what you need out of this spot.  Smith is a lottery ticket.  Coutee is the higher floor guy.  If you need a solid every week floor then keep Coutee but if you have a bench stash spot that you can use for Smith he is worth a look.
