Dominick Davis goes on IR and Lundy becomes the hidden gem of a draft. But after 2 weeks of non-performance, and now it seems he is slipping not only behing Dayne but the newly acquired Gado as well; is it time to just cut your losses and drop him? Does he have any trade value?

As a dumb schmuck who fell for the preseason hype, i now have this guy acting as a cancer to my roster.

Anyone else who fell for this have any thoughts on this?

Trade him if you can - I wouldnt drop quite yet, but I would certainly drop him if he gets less than 5 touches this week.

Just cut him for Pittman given the whispers regarding Caddy's back.

With Dayne and Gado in the mix, Lundy is WW material in a lot of leagues.

Texans | Lundy likely No. 2 in committee approach during Week 3 (KFFL) Houston Texans RB Wali Lundy is expected to serve as the team's No. 2 back in a three-back committee entering Week 3. Lundy has not looked comfortable in the offense since the season has started, struggling with blitz pickups. There is a chance he could fall to third-string in the committee, too.
I think only injuries to Gado or Dayne will get him to double-digit carries per game.

Would of dealt the second he was annoited starter. Kubiak's already said Ronnie and Sammie are getting more and more work from this day forward.

I'm going to wait,I still think Lundy can bea solid producer in this league.
Im with you. There are enough teams in need of a RB in my league where dropping him would mean losing him to one of them. I still dont have faith in Dayne and only a bit of faith in Gado. Not to mention, I don't think Lundy has been much worse than either of those guys. He's less experienced. These might be growing pains. It might be him just sucking too. But his value right now is so low, he's almost not worth trying to trade, so drop or keep seem to be the only two solutions.

i dropped him this morning, ironically enough, for morency.

i just don't like anything i am hearing from kubiak.

and i drafted lundy in uh, round 6.

I've been tempted to drop him, but I want other RB depth in his place and there just isn't any out there with as much ceiling. So he continues to remain my #4 RB.

In the long run maybe he'll mature and produce. But currently I see him a bit behind the Dayne and Gado experiments as they aren't great talents, but they do have more experience.

On the other hand, if a big name RB goes down with a major injury and I can grab his now-starting backup, Wali is gone from my bench quickly if I win the waivers spot.

It seems like the RB in Houston may or may not be the same guy every week. I'm guessing if the "starter" plays very well he will stay in, but that's a big if and it could change week to week.

can't decide if I should drop Lundy. Dayne and Jerome Harrison are available.

Wasted first round pick for me in dynasty, but I can't seem to let go just yet. He's still a rookie and we've played exactly TWO games.

That said, I have little hope.

I just dumped him for Dayne. He was my RB#5, so I can take the risk.

Lundy is done
Bull. Dayne has stunk everywhere he's been. Now Kubiak is saying he's a power back? He's never been that. Never. He's big but no more powerful than Tatum.Keep him if you have room on your bench.
