Hey Jeff,

I'm in a 12 team H2H Auction Keeper League

$200 salary

Basic Scoring

Start

1 QB

2 RB

4 WR/TE

1 DEF

We can keep 3 players for three years. We can also keep rookies based on what round they were drafted($10 for first, $5 for 2nd, etc)

I am keeping Rodgers for $3, can't go wrong with that price.

I am keeping Calvin Johnson for $20, another good value.

Other possible keepers are Lynch at $48, Moss at $40, and Lance Moore at $3.

I am keeping Chris Johnson at $10(doesn't count towards my 3 keepers)

Both Lynch and Moss are highly priced and I think I could get both of them either one of them back next year for a cheaper price. I don't like Lynch anymore with all the trouble he has been in lately.

The Jones-Drew owner may trade my round 1 rookie pick for Jones Drew at $40.(which may be a discount given that Taylor is gone). I already have traded away my second round rookie pick earlier, so this trade would leave me with no picks in the first two rounds. I have 9th pick and I don't think there will be anyone that is comparable to Jones-Drew. Do I make this trade?

This was the first year of the league, so I could keep Jones-Drew for 2 more years at that price. It might have the 12th round pick not the 9th in the rookie draft. Either way I thinhk the guy is willig to trade, he has some nice keeper options.

Hey, at least you have good options. The deal comes down to Moss and the 1st or MJD. Since I think RBs are worth more in a standard scoring league, I would be inclined to go for the deal. Maybe ask for a 2nd or 3rd rounder back. Lynch is easily not an option. If you cannot do this deal, Lance Moore at $3 is only an option if you feel there will be plenty of good options at the auction.

The only issue with this trade is that many would think that cotch is worth more than agonzo. I think I would hold off on the Cotch deal ... as long as you do not have to declare for a while. I also like the idea of giving both for a top tier wr. I like Smith, but you may be able to get a younger wr like colston or royal or bowe (might want a little more with bowe). Make no mistake, people are going to go nuts for AGonzo with the harrison cut. you may get a chance to sell him higher than you paid.

Can you give Clayton and something small? I like Cotch with Coles out of the picture. I do think Warner might be worth more if sold for a pick, then trade the pick and something for a RB.

I think Warner is worth a mid-1st round pick with his new contract. For the first, can you give Warner, Clayton and another less than stellar player for the deal instead of Cotch?If not, I would wait and trade Warner for a pick.

You might see how far you can trade up with LJ and the 1.06 as bait. I would keep Portis and SJax. If you cannot get the 1.03 (or better) I would stay put at 1.06 and take BPA, preferably a RB. You have a very good receiving corps. This is just my preference, but I would see what TEdwards would get me. Can you swap him for Cassel? I just do not trust Edwards and the TO signing makes him valuable to some.

I am looking at Crabtree to draft I had him in my college league and really like him. I don't think any of the members from my league come to FBG. It's funny you bring up Cassel because last night I was just offered Cassel for Garcia and my 3rd round pick in 2010 but I was not home and someone got him for a 3rd pick. I really do not trust either, but would rather have Addai because of upside ... plus his handcuff (maybe Rhodes if they re-sign) is a lot cheaper. Who are your WRs? I would think Santana and the 2.09 should be close. I would try to keep the 1.09 and take a WR and trade Santana ...

You are reading it right, the offer for FWP was just rejected. I offered:S. Moss & Daniels for Evans & FWP (he has no TE). To me Evans has a little more value than Moss and Daniels has more value than FWP, especially because he has no TE. Daniels seems to be about the #5-8 TE. but he does not think Daniels is worth FWP- Parker would be his #3 RB ???Looks like I'm back to Addai and will most likely need to give at least S. Moss and 1.9 or Cotchery and 2.9

I might hold off for the short term. What happens if Wash does trade for Cutler or if the Jets sign Matt Jones? I do like Cotchery, but I do not know if he is a huge upgrade over Santana.

I am thinking no way but the 2nd round picks might make a difference since they will probably by high picks. Would you be OK with Edwards being your backup QB and your starter for a few week since McNabb with probably be injured for a couple of games and how long will McNabb play. I think those are close offers in PPR leagues. Many are down on Addai and worry about the Colts drafting a back later this month. Also, I am a huge ODaniels fan and think he will have a great season.

Stud backs are hard to come by in 16 team leagues. I think the success (or failure) of this deal will hinge on the IDPs. Losing Adibi might hurt a little. You should be ok with the picks getting a RB, but the IDPs will determine the deal. Crabtree will help your WRs. This might take a couple of years to know if you made the right move. Will be hard to replace Peterson.

Thanks for setting me straight, I have tried to acquire Addai, TJ, FWP, McGahee, Leon and Grant with no luck. I will give Ward a shot but as of now his team has no owner. I have studs at each position and depth at all positions I just need one of my RB's to step up to a serviceable #2.

Would you trade C. Benson & 2010 2nd round pick for Zack Miller, 2010 3rd & 4th round picks.

I would not make that move. Benson has decent value in non-PPR leagues and could be a spot starter in a bigger league like yours. I think he has more value than Miller in non-PPR (bigger leagues where RBs are in short supply). You have Witten and if you want a backup TE, I would see if Martellus Bennett is on the waiver wire. You can always draft a backup TE in the rookie draft and be fine.

A trade wants to trade him for draft picks but do not know if I would have enough to get him.Would my 1.11 & 2.11 be enough or would I have to throw in a 2010 1st round pick which is hard to say were I will be in the draft since I finished second last year and don't know how I did with my team

you might also see if you can trade the 2.11 for an aging WR like Driver. He would give you a legit WR3 until the rook at 1.11 develops. Also, I would keep Thomas. I think he might surprise this season.

Rookie/FA draft underway in a 12 team dynasty. I've got 1.11, 2.07, and a 3 third round picks (4, 7 & 9). I'm a bit hung up on my draft spot at 1.11, since Harvin was just taken. I'm looking at Stafford and Robiskie now (I like Sanchez too, fwiw). It's IDP, but I'm pretty good at LB and ok at DB. Crabtree, Nicks, Maclin, Harvin, DHB are the WRs who have gone so far.

The case for Stafford

Generally rated higher, so he'd be the BPA pick.

With Kevin Kolb being more or less useless, Stafford would leave me a lot safer at QB in case of injury.

The QB depth is incredibly shallow, WR is much deeper.

The case for Robiskie

Even with all the youth I've got, he's got the best shot of stepping in immediately.

Being opposite of Edwards will help him out.

He's much more certain than the "deeper" picks in the draft, thanks to a more clear cut situation (ie, both the Jax rookies)

I grabbed a RB (Shonn Greene) with my 1.7. Thoughts on what to do at this point?

I like the Greene pick. Since you are pretty strong at QB, I think I would look at WR, either Robiskie or Britt. Both should be starting early on. I would take the one you like the best. A case could be made for either one. In 2nd, I really like Mike Thomas and Brandon Tate at WR. Each has a chance to be a stud in time.

In 3rd, I would look at IDP, and I like Shawn Nelson and Jared Cook, if you need a TE.
