He said you can purchase a raffle ticket for $5,and there will be 5 rings given away..............100% of the money taken in is going to local charities. Tickets may be purchased at ticketmaster locations or Dome box offices.

Buy is not an option. Fairly elaborate process setup that includes 1. donation to a fund for Indy Charities2. Drawing for Contibutors to select 25.3. Some sort of contest for 25 to cut to 104. then those 10 get keys to try and open a box with 5 winners at Jacksonville game.All above if I remember evening news correctly.They have a goal to raise $1,000,000 for charity

This is weak. It was lame when the Red Sox did it, and it's lame now. I would not be happy about this if I was a player who earned one of those rings. There are other ways to make money for charity that do not involve the cheapening of Super Bowl rings that the players worked so hard for.
