Warner going forward (1 Viewer)

OK, Warner completely pooped the bed last night. BUT he's at Detroit and at home against St. Louis. Remember the five INT game earlier this season at home against Carolina? Then the next week he threw 5 touchdown passes. What are everyone's feelings about what that stinker will do for him and the Cards offense going forward?

I've highlighted the only pertinent information from your post above. :lmao:

Fairly certain I'm starting him over Rivers next week. I'm not worried about last night.

If your team survived last night's stinker, look at this as a blessing. They will come out pissed next week. They play lousy Detroit. And they have to keep playing their starters because they did not clinch their division. All good stuff for owners of Warner, Fitz, Boldin, etc.

Wow, thanks sheriff for pointing out what you feel is the important info. I'd say the fact that he threw five picks before, and then five touchdowns the week after is pretty relevant. When did so many people turn so arrogant around here?

Arrogant? I was pointing out (that you pointed out) that this, one of the most explosive passing attacking in the league, are playing two of the worst defenses in the league over the next two weeks.

When did people turn so damn sensitive around here?

I love when Warner throws up these types of games and it doesn't cost me. Because I know he'll be fairly on fire for at least a four game stretch. After that, always wary for the next stinker till it happens. Then repeat.

He cost me an important game last night, but I'm still going with him next week with confidence. He generally rebounds well. I'm expecting 300+ and 3 TDs.

Seems like Avery cut right to the heart of the issue (followed by a friendly thumbs up). It seems the SF D just did a great job of applying pressure, and ARI had a weird night of turnovers. I've waited all season for this playoff stretch for Fitz!!

If Warner owners survived last night, think of it as a blessing in disguise. I was worried that both Fitz and Warner would be benched if ARI locked up the NFC West. This way, they still need to play their starters.

Cardboard cutouts would be more imposing defensively than either the Lions or Rams. Warner will light up those garbage cans.
