Will Manziel win the job tonight?

Will RG3 suck and Cousins out play him?

Will Morris catch some balls?

Manziel is not winning this job.

Will he be gifted it during the season? Possibly. But if Gordon plays all 16, I dont see Hoyer getting benched

Hoyer. If Manziel wins the QB1 job, everyone will draft him. If Hoyer wins, no one will draft him.

Gordon should also make a few plays w Manziel that solidifies to the NFL theyd be morons to sit him out.

 
timing between rg3 and the receivers. garcon and djax have both missed some time in camp. while rg3 seems to look healthy, it's been pretty apparent the passing game isn't totally clicking yet.

does helu still have the lock on the #2 RB spot or has seastruck made any strides towards carving out a bigger role?

Grant is pretty much a roster lock at this point. Gruden said as much a week or so ago.

 
Want to see Morris get involved in the passing game and see some nice deep accurate throws from RG3 to any of his receivers.

Two posts, actually. You made sure to throw in a comment about "if Gordon plays 16 games" in your first post about Hoyer. I like you man, but you don't have to drag that stuff into every thread, even ones that are related to the Browns. It isn't subtle.

I'll also be watching the LB rotation of Clev.

Reed vs. Kirksey.

If Kirksey can run with Reed I think that he locks up that job over Robertson.

Meh not really.

Browns have 5 cornerbacks out injured who didn't make the trip with the rest of the team so Cleveland's top draft pick CB Justin Gilbert should see lots of action tonight. Really looking forward to seeing him play since we was held out of last week's Detroit game.

Third round LB Christian Kirsksey really clamped down TE Eric Ebron last week so definitely looking to see if he can repeat that with Reed.

I honestly don't know what to make of RG III. I'll be watching to try and pick up anything but he's not a big priority.

Obviously Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel will be closely followed to see how well they are picking up on the intricate Kyle Shanahan system that neither has seemed to master yet. Looking for progress at this time, not mastery.

And ofcourse, no injuries for either team and always want an entertaining game to see. :banned:

RG3 is going to tear his ACL again this year if he can't learn how to slide. He's probably even better running with his head down and taking hits than he is trying to do terrible slide/fall

 
Man, if only the Redskins hired Kevin Gilbride as the Redskins HC. I'd love to just watch Griffin toss deep balls all game. Griffin was like hand crafted for that kind of system, his bucket accuracy 20+ yards down field is downright terrifying and also extremely entertaining to watch. And this is coming from a Giants fan.
