Those new to auctions can find A LOT of videos showing strategies in the countless videos on Youtube, numerous websites have estimated values (also listed next to players during draft), and those apprehensive should consider how many times your year was ruined before it began because you got "sniped"...that does not happen here, if you want him, you buy him.
