I have both Howard and DWash and I think one, if not both, of them is gonna go off this week. I'm starting Howard because he's gonna be a 3 down back, even if they're behind and throwing a lot. 

At TE: Pitta because he's safer

I also think Pitta is safer but if Snead sits again Fleener could be in for another good game. As far as the flex goes I mite actually go with Pryor. Edelman will be hurting for production if Garropolo sits again. Howard would prolly be my second choice. I do like Parker but his involvement in the offense probably won't be as high as Howard and Pryor.
