Kelley and Ingram most likely have a higher ceiling but are somewhat usage and touchdown dependent to hit it. Ingram could score 2 TD's vs KC though.

If you are favored and just need a solid floor guy I would go with Allen. If it is closer or you are the underdog maybe go with Kelley and if you are a big underdog go with Ingram.

Here is how i see them - 

Allen - high floor - medium ceiling

Kelley -  med floor - med/high ceiling

Ingram - lowest floor (due to splitting carries with Edwards/Dobbins) - highest ceiling

K Allen has the highest floor and has had 18 targets through the first two games, including 10 last week from Herbert, in PPR I go with him.
