Jordan Howard at Green Bay or Giovanni Bernard at home against Cleveland?

Is this a PPR or standard league?  Cleveland is a dumpster fire now, so I am leaning toward starting anyone against Cleveland.  Altho, Jordan Howard has the hot hand.

Sorry, it's a standard league. I like the Cleveland match up for Bernard and think Bears will be playing from behind limiting Howard's attempts.

I would actually think that Cincy vs Cleveland lends itself to getting Hill more involved limiting Bernard's touches (although Hill has been crap all season).  Since its a standard league I would lean Howard over Gio for this week.  Bears will try and shorten the game with a run heavy approach.
