I think Allen is an easy choice as one of your two.  For the second choice I would go with Dez as I think he will be targeted early and often and should have a high floor. 

For the second grouping I would go with Perine as you know he will get the touches.

Not 100% on Perine Vs NYG...They're inspired DEF as of late. Try to watch Waldman's Top10 about them NYG or players. 

If you want to go with odds and touches. Perine should get Starting RB workload.
