Typical American right now. In my experience most people just criticize anyone who doesn't think like them and talk online about the way they want someone else to fix the world. Meanwhile 9 out of 10 people are absolute self centered pieces of #### who don't do anything to make the world a better place. That's supposed to be someone else's job. Enjoy your race to the bottom, this is no coming together or solution for people who have divided themselves over hats.

Not really when you have 30 years of cost of living increases without a rise in wages. Majority of people are struggling to get by. People are combining households and jammed packed into cities, if good paying jobs and lost cost of living was a plenty, immigration wouldn't be such an issue.

And political mantras are stupid but there is nothing inherently wrong about a MAGA hat, again, mass media manipulation programs you to think a certain way about it, and people to get triggered by the sight of one.

I haven't seen much of the TV talking heads encouraging a calm, rational discourse about disagreements in policy. It's hard lines and anger. They could produce shows where people debate issues calmly and support their positions with research and facts, but they don't because they want all the button pushers and number crunchers to be emotional puppets who foam at the mouth at anyone who doesn't believe the exact same stuff as they do.

I'm no fan of the current political atmosphere either, but to say the divisions started with the MAGA hats is woefully wrong.

So now, it was the white guys being racist again story .... when truth might very well be it was the black guys being racist right? Fake News in this example is releasing only part of an incident and using it for agenda. Even I fell for it
