If weather conditions are bad, what should I be aware of fantasy wise, if the game is not PPD? Is there any plus to a starting pitcher in wind and/or rain? Cold? I would think that the pitcher stuff would be harder to hit, but at the same time harder to control putting more on base. So for batters, don't look for a lot of hitting but a lot of on-base so you'd want your speed for stolen bases and runs.

I'd expect less hits. More errors. Less running due to injury risk. I have no data to back this up.
