Week 1 waiver wire pickup. Who will it be? (1 Viewer)

Or is it week 2 technically?

I think we did this last year where we try to predict who will be the player that everyone will be scrambling to pick up after this weeks games are concluded so that we can grab him ahead of time. Who you got?

Need the games to be played first, until then this is a list of guys you regret you didn't draft?
Yeah, this entire board is pretty pointless until the end of December.

Outside of that, it's just a bunch of dudes talking about things that haven't happened yet, and probably won't.

I won't be shocked if Edelman or Boyce step up. Buf looks a mess and Dobson is out. Amendola may or may not be hurt but in either case he will be the focus of Buf secondary with Thompson being the next. I think people feel in love with Thompson maybe a little early. Edelman is still there and Boyce looked good with Mallet.

In all fairness, every thread on this entire forum is pointless until the games are played. They are all a bunch of dudes talking about things that haven't happened yet. It's all predictive speculation

:whoosh:

Julius Thomas in TE leagues, Ihenacho in IDP leagues...Marlon Brown may get a ton of adds with Jones hurt. 30 more players will be added to this list by Tuesday - it is 1 game people.

Typically the discussion doesn't really get going in these waiver wire threads until after the first games, otherwise its just name calling with no discussion, like whats going on now.

i think most people want to be ahead of the curve

Joique Bell maybe. DET run game looking good, but Bush already dinged his hand. Reggie is fine, but brittle.

Hartline is fools gold. He did the same thing last year and teams that picked him up were chasing his stats.

The 3 young running QBs: Manuel, G. Smith, Pryor. Likely at least 1 if not all 3 on the wire.

Maybe Joique Bell if your league mates weren't paying attention and he went undrafted.

Julius Thomas

Brian Hartline (If he is really available in any league)

Terrelle Pryor

Julian Edelman

KC Defense.

He didn't have Mike Wallace occupying the #1 CB. He got to abuse Buster Skrine today because Haden was on Wallace.
So let me make sure I understand...a WR that went for over 1000 yards last year is fool's gold? Oh yeah, a regular kevin ogletree, that hartline lol

How is it that peole don't see the obvious stuff like:

1) Hartline is talented

2) He is Tannehill's security blanket

3) He is always going to see single coverage and the opposing team's worst CB with Wallace across from him.

4) He will definitely score more tds than he did last year, and is a good bet to best his yardage totals.

oy vey
