Week 11 WW defense (1 Viewer)

I'm thinking the Panther's this week at home against Miami without Ronnie Brown running the wildcat for the Phins.

I said it 2 weeks ago in a thread that floated into the ether...

and it was said last week as well...

Cinci has an excellent schedule the next 3 weeks. (Oak, Cle, Det)

well, since the thread asks for WW defenses...I'll throw DETROIT's D out there. Cleveland looks simply awful on offense...might be worth a shot.

But yea, of course Cincy does have a great schedule the next 3 weeks  I've been holding on to them for a couple of weeks just for that reason. I'm starting Cincy vs Oakland this week.

I'd love to debate the merits of both defenses in this TERRIBLE matchup. A lot of people will say LIONS LIONS LIONS because Cleveland's offense is terrible.....but what about the Browns? They seem to have much more physical LBs and interior linemen, as well as a half way competent secondary. They pressured flacco for a good part of the night and the OL for Detroit is in shambles. Detroit seems to be banged up everywhere on the defensive side of the ball.

good point...cleveland and/or detroit could both be good starts this week...hard to say which one is better than the other...but both offenses look pretty bad. I just think Detroit has more playmakers..Calvin Johnson is obviously an elite talent and Kevin Smith is pretty good as well. Cleveland lacks hardly any big playmakers on offense...Jamal Lewis? Mohammed Massaquoi? So I guess I lean Detroit..but I could see either or both doing well

That was a home game on Monday night. The team will not be as motivated on a short week on the road. Obviously you aren't going to get any special teams points out of Cribbs either.
