I agree, Goff is the best choice, with the higher ceiling.

I don't know why people are saying Goff has the highest ceiling. Highest floor, sure.
But NE is susceptible to mobile QBs and Buffalo is much more likely to be playing from behind all game than LA is. If you're the underdog and might need a 30-point game to advance, and/or if it's a 4-pt pass TD league, I'd lean Tyrod and hope for an upside week where he has to throw 40 times and run for 60-70 yards.
