Week 15 Venting Thread (1 Viewer)

All week been flip flopping between Tatum and Freddy T...

Reports saying Freds injury was nothing and he would be playing and i left him in last minute.

2 rushes and he is out the game and im going against the guy who started MJD ?##@!##@#@!#

 
Gotta love having your worst week of the entire season by 100 points on the first game of the playoffs.

Chester Taylor, Harrington and Roy Williams can burn in hell.

 
up against freakin MJD Galloway and Pitt D...wtf

still got LJ Holt Kaeding and Shockey to face too

galloway done jack #### the past few weeks and had 40yds up until a 60yd bomb...was up by 30 now up by 2 .

pitts D?? come the #### on u can ever get more then 3pts carolina? thats pitt for dropping 17 PTS on me, way to hit your season high on pts bastards

I think I have ya beat.1 league: Harrington, Chester, Dan Graham, Steve Smith all killed me but not to be outdone.2nd league: Favre, Chester, Fred Taylor, Booker while benching Vick and Santana Moss. :rant:
 
I finish the regular season #1 in league with first round bye.

today I fizzle with Hass, C. Taylor, Fred "two carries and out" Taylor, Steve Smith, Minny Def.

of course I'm playing the guy with MJD, which adds insult to injury.

I'm in such a hole I don't think it matters that I still have LT, Housh, Gates and Keading to go.

ure would rather go out feeling like I got beat in a shootout by a really good team rather than feeling like my team just limped out of the whole thing.

 
I'm %$^%$#%$#^%$&^% DONE with Fantasy Football!

Drew Brees has pushed me over the edge.

9 years of Fantasy Football, as many as 6 leagues per year. Every year I make the playoffs in 75% of the leagues. Never won a title. Every year Drew Brees' happen to me. Dominate all year long. Consistent. First week of my playoffs, he does nothing for me. Last week, Vick's 4 fpt performance knocked me out of two playoffs.

I'm done with the heartbreak, I'm done with the trash talking about how they shut my guys down, as if they or I, for that matter, really had anything to do with it.

Unless money is on the line (I play in primarily free leagues with friends), I'm just done. It's not worth the heartbreak unless there's some green at the end of the road.

 
Coles thank you for going off.......too late since I didn't make the playoffs (partly thx to you sucking when I needed you).

PS Walker looks to be doing the same, he's freakin scored already.

I was the #1 team in the league being the highest scorer 6 of the 13 weeks and I won't get a dime.

Driver and Colston kept out of the endzone.....going up against Vick, Coles, Galloway......and dude still have LT and Harrison left.

I'm up 103-100 with only Westbrook and CJ left. PPR league but I know it isn't going to be enough.

 
FF sucks sometimes. Not only do injuries to your players matter but injuries to players that are connected to your players matter too. ie Delhomme's injury, Steve Smith's value has sunk like a rock.

In this God awful STL-OAK game my opponent has SJax, Wilkins, and STL Def. I have Holt. And theyre gonna get a damn shutout which would put me away.

 
It's bad enough that T.Bell SUX ### but the ####er has to be bad enough to give way to the other ### lick Bell (who my opponent of course played because he had no one else

This is the venting thread, dillhole. Go away. :shrug: Now, as for my venting, I'm so glad that I decided to bench Marion Barber and start Reggie Bush. Saints really abused that awful Washington D. And Torry Holt sure was a stud today.
 
Got crushed in the first round of the playoffs. Not a TD in sight! Injuries hurt some, plus we don't allow any pickups during the playoffs.

My opponents team has many of my dynasty league players, so watching them score against me definitely gave me mixed feelings. As long as I can win one of these two leagues I would be happy!

Oh one other vent...I was sure I changed Kasay for Elam last night in my dynasty league....imagine my surprise today! grrrr

Went out of town on a hunting trip mid week. I did not have much time to notice who I was facing the playoffs and just plugged in my line-ups. Well, I come home this afternoon to find...

I faced 2 of these 3 players in every...single...league...today. Vick was the QB on 2 of the 4 teams.

Tomlinson...(God only knows what he is going to do tonight)

S. Jackson

T. Barber

I hope I never (blanking) see LT, Jackson or Barber...again...on anyone's roster...for a LONG time.

I thought my receivers were going to go off today. FGB has them ranked #2, #3 and #5. But Roy Wiliams, Donald Driver and Torry Holt combine for a whopping 13 points. And what the *&%$ happened to Drew Brees today?! My 12-2 team goes down in the 1st round. I hate fantasy football. Kidding. Not really.

 
Playoffs, on a six game win streak, avg 240 pts per week-- (ppr league with lots of ways to get pts)

STarted NE originally, then benched them for Seat- Thurs night- big mistake

Opponent had Vick vs my Romo

Had Sammie Morris originally, benched him for Chester- mistake,

Holt, Kasay do nothing, Betts gets me some pts.

meanwhile, My opponent stinks it up too, his Chi def gets creamed, but he's 80+ pts ahead of me. He's finished, but I have

And Gates to go............

Its Possible, but unlikely I can make it up, all three have to have big games... IF I had started NE and Morris though, I would have it in the can, and be guarranteed $500+ bucks win or lose next week.................

I have four teams. Two of them are defending champs trying to repeat. The other two led their respective leagues in points. Two of them started the playoffs last weekend and both got blown out. The other two started this weekend and they both got blown out too.
