Week 16 Game Thread - Indianapolis Colts at Jacksonville Jaguars (1 Viewer)

OK, now I'm gonna get EXTRA super greedy here....What we need now is a nice drive by Jacksonville to tie it up. Then Peyton gets it in OT and... another touchdown drive!!!!
:kicksrock: Just a few more yards and a TD for Wayne and/or Clark!!!Come on Indy D.......GIVE IT UP!

Jags have other needs but they need to think about bringing in competition for Garrard. He is just not good enough.

Just Great. I'm down 70 in one league and 35 in another because of one frigging game. Already out of it in one and way behind the eight ball in the other.

 Totally disagree. If anything they need to bring in some offensive/defensive line help and its obvious they couldn't stop the pass, which may be translated to injuries. I know both positions are beat up but saying Garrard isn't good enough is insane to me.. Just my opinion though.

####### Garrard.You can't take a sack there.####.
true, but Freeney was on him unbelievably fast there. terrible job by the Oline
True, but he should be aware that a sack ends the game.
was the exact same play as in the first half. lots of pressure up the middle, he didn't get out of the pocket but instead backed up. he's still a talented qb, just a year ago he was a rising star.
Well, a year prior to that he was a never-will-be star. He's a QB that needs great protection to excel.

Crappy call on the Rhodes non-TD. Here's an idea Jags, why not actually cover Dallas Clark? Or are you too busy devising ways to let Garrard get sacked and/or throw ill-advised ducks into the flat. To think people (me included) were touting the Jags as a legitimate contender. They are HORRIBLE.

MJD is my current favorite to finish #1 among RBs next year (PPR). He was 4th in most PPR leagues before this week, which is sick considering the number of touches he's had (or lack thereof). MJD's time has come (as far as the feature role), & provided health, he's a mortal lock for top-3 status in '09, IMO (top-5 in non-PPR). And with any luck, he could finish #1 in non-PPR leagues next year.

The Colts aren't going anywhere in the playoffs with this defense.
Yeah, well, I'd take their 14 fantasy points in my league right now. May have outsmarted myself by putting them on the bench and picking up the Cowboys to start. Looked like a brilliant move through halftime though.

they'll beat denver...
Depends on the weather. Denver in January can be a tough place with no running game.
Indy has ten times the running game that Denver does.
31 yards on 16 carries from their RBs last night? Denver got 105 on 20 last week and 110 on 19 the week before. That's just from the RBs before you add in Cutler or the WRs. If conditions are bad Indy is done.
