Week 2 injury thread (1 Viewer)

This is the kind of week that makes me start to wonder if my time was better served by something not impacted so much by sheer dumb luck or lack there of. So many injuries. Wrecking my teams...

A.J. Green was forced from Cincinnati's Week 2 game against the Falcons with a toe injury, and is questionable to return.

Green headed to the locker room midway through the first quarter. It's apparently the same ailment that landed him on the injury report this week, though he was listed with a foot issue. Either way, it looks like he's truly questionable to return. Dane Sanzenbacher has been in the game opposite Mohamed Sanu.

Looks like for you to win your league you have to be the last fantasy football player standing with all of these injuries. Having a good bench is so important in fantasy. Never stop working the ww.

DeSean Jackson ruled out with a left shoulder injury. Redskins are much better with Cousins though, so upgrade Garcon and Roberts. Niles Paul playing particularly well too.

If I knew RG3 would go out in the first quarter I wouldn't have started Jacksonville Defense this week.

Here's a Vine of the RGIII injury:

The comment says "gets his right leg bent" but it looks like he actually breaks his left ankle.
That clip doesn't show him crashing to the ground -- he landed kinda ugly on his right leg, too. But that left ankle slide looks nasty.

I just said the same thing. So much time invested, so little return.

I love FF but injuries and stupid coaching decisions are so maddening. I really should stop playing and save myself the aggravation.

I am tempted next year to just half ### it and draft off whatever sheet and not invest much time in preparing. It's all so maddeningly unpredictable.

That's what I do. Don't even start reading this forum until late August.
Yeah, even that might be more than I want to do. I would have a better team if I drafted by picking names out of a hat.

Did the Moreno injury look bad ?
Like Eifert's
Out for the game, per CBS, with an elbow injury. He was in a lot of pain - at the time it looked like a wrist injury.
I believe it was to his elbow, not wrist.
Yes, Per David Chao, MD on Bleacher Report: Classic L elbow subluxation/dislocation mechanism for @knowshonmoreno @MiamiDolphins OUT. Doubt fracture. No surgery. Likely 2-4 wk return. Chao does orthopedic surgery.
