yes and I already answered the question. no, he's not hurt and jauron has not put his punter in at QB.
 
Looks like Housh was going to be back in on that play, but the Bengals had a penalty before the snap and then it went to commercial.

He was definitely favoring it when he went off the field before, something to keep an eye on.

Edited to say he's officially back in now, just had a catch...

Its got to be more than a simple bruise.
 
Packers Ryan Picket down. RIGHT LEG INJURY. Tossed his helmet. Being helped off the field. Without him the Packers are going to be in big trouble.

TE Desmond Clark - questionable to return. They called it a foot injury but he pulled up lame without any contact on a play that immediately followed a play where he hurt his leg area but stayed in, so who knows.

Either way, looks like he probably isn't coming back in today.

Chris Simms down, taken to locker room. Not sure if it is cramping or he is lightheaded (very hot outside). Update when I know something.

Update: Givens came back in shortly afterwards. I hope the non-injury discussion (Perry) stops immediately in this thread.
 
Any word on Nick Collins. He was holding his leg after the last play of the game. They cut away as the players were gathering around him.

It was a Hail Mary and he probably injured it coming down.

 
Before anyone asks... no, Burress has not been injured. He was benched for poor performance. Who knows if he'll be back in.

 
TE Vernon Davis carted off for 49ers. No details yet. Looks like a knee/ankle injury.

ETA: right calf strain

Thats not true. It was announced that his Back had stiffened up, by the announcers on FOX. But yes he did play pretty poorly prior to that.

ESPN radio reported coming out of halftime that he was benched. That was before play started in the second half.
 
Did Fred Taylor get dinged, or did Jones-Drew just go off, and they went with the hot guy?

Hi Parm,Jones-Drew just was having great success. He was unstoppable and I think they went with the hot guy. We'll be following up with all the games though to be sure.J
