I watched the play and his head hit the ground pretty hard and his arms, after he hit the ground, just kind stood up in the air, like what happens when you get knocked out. Just my take on it, but that's what it looked like.

That means that both Pennington and Pat White are disqualified for the day. If Henne gets injured, someone else must play QB.
