When Moreno was healthy and stealing carries, I wouldn't be surprised if people let him go. That being said, he isn't available in my own league, so shut my mouth.

I'd say that he's an average talent with above average hands on an average offence and probably going to get 15-18 touches a game. So while Moreno is out he's a better option than Gerhart, Matthews, Jennings, Bush, and the like. So a solid RB2.

I've watched him Week 1 and Week 2 and in preseason this year. I'd start Bush over him against soft Defenses, but I'd start Lamar if his match-up was better.
