Week 6 injury thread (1 Viewer)

Was Sanders dinged up at the end of the game last night?

He was stretching on the sidelines but came back late in the game.   Made one catch and left again.  Was not on the final drive when it was crunch time for Denver.

Any updates out there?

Sanders, who suffered a hip injury following a fourth-quarter catch in Thursday's loss to the Chargers, was reportedly feeling better Friday.

"He looks like he's going to be okay; he's doing well this morning," interim Head Coach Joe DeCamillis noted of the wideout Friday. Working in Sanders' favor is that he'll have some added healing time, courtesy of the Broncos' current short week, coupled with the fact that the team plays on Monday night in Week 7.

Hurt his hip laying out for a deep pass. Tried to come back in, then immediately left for the locker room holding his hip. Only a few minutes left in the second quarter so may not know until after halftime.

McCoy down holding right leg/knee. Didn't see anything obvious on reply. It was a short pass to the middle and he tried to cut.

Beckham apparently back in. So his owners who were worried about taking a zero in the second half can now hold up hope of getting a one or a two instead.

Beckham was just out there running a wide open route to the post when Eli just threw a pick to the player having a defensive team meeting around him, so Beckham is fine.

We have seen Shady roll around like he was dying just to come back in the game on multiple multiple occasions.

He can be carted to the locker room and come back in. Not because he is tough, but because he cries and acts hurt. Yes, ACTS hurt.

This is the 3rd time over the past several seasons this old guy can remember Shady going down, him acting like a body part just fell off, everyone saying his season is over, and then he's back like nothing happened the next series.

Dwayne Allen out, questionable to return with an ankle injury. He was seen sitting on sidelines with a big wrap on his ankle. Doesn't look like he's coming back in

Report: Ben has torn meniscus, needs surgery Roethlisberger is out for Week 7 against the Patriots, but the Post-Gazette believes he could be ready to return following the Steelers' Week 8 bye. That's probably on the optimistic side, but Roethlisberger has a history of playing through injury. Either way, it's a huge blow for the Steelers' Week 7 prospects, and a downgrade for all Steelers skill players, especially those behind Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell. Landry Jones has put almost nothing good on NFL film.

Did you see how big the bandage around his ankle was?  It was ridiculous.  It almost appeared like a comedy sketch.   It was so big and the trainer just kept wrapping and wrapping it!

Flacco may be in the concussion protocol (unconfirmed). He was supposedly struggling answering questions in the locker room after the game from taking several big hits
