Question regarding late season TE upside in PPR.

My regular starter has been Pitta, who I would characterize as high floor, low ceiling. I would like to also have some higher ceiling TEs for the late season stretch. Three options available to me are Brate, Ertz and Fiedorowicz. 

How would you rank those three on upside for the second half of the season?

Feels weird to even ask but with injuries and bye weeks here we are :

I'm starting gillislee with McCoy injured but need a flex between McCoy, Jamaal charles (easy if he were healthy), Don Jackson, Russell shepard and Jalin marshall.  Ppr. 

Fwiw, the team is 14-0 with double headers but this week's matchups are tough. 

Eta: charles is out, so not him.

2nd Lineup, PPR, starters in Bold...looking at flexing Powell, Lockett, or Rob Kelly if Matt Jones can't go early Sunday Morning (need 2 out of 3), more so due to bye week and lack of options in this 14-team league.

RB: Zeke, Gore, Powell, Kelly, Morris, Dixon

WR: Alshon, Mike Thomas, Lockett (get return yards and yardage bonus pts for hitting 150 return yards), Landry, Patterson

Initially, I'd be against starting both Montgomery and Cobb since they're on the same team, however if Montgomery is getting time at RB too, this changes things. Cooks, can be beastly, but he's up against the stingy Seahawks D.

I am 6 and 1 In a high stakes 12 team PPR redraft where I start 1qb,2rb,3wr,1te,1flex. Thanks to a zero RB draft strategy (and a few savy FAB pickups/trades) I am stacked at WR. I have Brown, Evans, Hopkins, Marshall, Tyrell Williams, Moncrief and Edelman. Currently my go to RB's are Michael/Rawls, Crowell and Quiz. I always roster a few high upside handcuff RB's and the positions volatility has treated right this year.

I have the opportunity to trade Marshall for Ware OR Booker. My question is do I stand pat and continue to rely on RB volatility OR trade Marshall for Ware or Booker? If the answer is "trade" which guy (Ware or Booker) do you like better ROS?
