Week 9 Injury Thread (1 Viewer)

McGahee down.

Got drilled at the line hard. Not sure what the problem is.

Colston scores a TD then got drilled hiting the ground hard. Slow getting up and was getting off the field gingerly.

 
McGahee is getting carted off the field. I suspect the trainers will have him undergo an MRI or X-Ray on that injured knee. BUF 3, GB 0

strahan xrays negative on right foot, won't return

BTW OL and him just pushing each other and it looked like his ankle gave out

He got smothered by most of the Green Bay D-line. It was like hitting a brick wall that was charging hard towards him with no one in the way to stop them. After seeing the play, I honestly did not expect McGahee to get up. Not expecting an injury, just that he must have gotten shaken up by the pile drive.

TV saying ribs. They showed a sideline shot of the trainers checking out his ribs and back area but never the knee. When he was carted to the locker room, the trainers didn't seem concerned with his knee as McGahee was sitting in the front with both knees bent. All the focus I noticed was with the ribs.

:loco: :loco: :loco: ribs and he's playing next week. Sprained knee is a couple weeks with the potential for a more serious injury.Are the play by play and TV on the same page yet?
 
Ray Lewis back in the game. He was promptly run over by Rudi Johnson for a TD, though.

M. Manuel down with a knee injury. Slammed it into a helmt. Packers may have lost both safties (at least for this game). Collins went down earlier.

 
Jerrius Norwood got rocked by Kenoy Kennedy and his laying on the sideline holding his head. he looks a tad concussed.

 
Now Crumpler is down and not getting up. Landed awkward on his left knee.

ETA: they were looking at his knee but he walked off without a noticeable limp.

Actually I think Lewis came into the play late and was then flattened by an O-lineman.
 
Any updates on McGahee? Definitive word on either kneee or ribs or both? A Train ended up with a boatload of carries for about 100 yds and a TD. Anyone listening to the press conf after the game?
