Week 9 Questions for Bloom (1 Viewer)

Sig - Any concern about the Card's upcoming schedule? out of the bye, they have Seattle, Cincy, St. Louis, and Minnesota. Now a good time to sell high on a guy like Chris Johnson, or are we in matchup-proof territory?

 
I own Deion Lewis and Ellington (ppr). Would it be a good idea to trade Ellington to the Chris Johnson owner in return for L. Blount or should I ride Ellington out.

 
I find it surprising how highly you guys have DeAngelo Williams ranked for ROS. I'm in need of a running back but can't wrap my head around trading away OBJ, AJ Green or D Thomas for him. (I start 3 WR / Non PPR). I offered Stevie J but it was a non starter...

 
What trade value would you consider for Denver D. I have tested the waters, and I'm getting feedback in the range of Cooks and Hill. I need RB help badly as I've been bitten by CJ (fingers crossed he's trending up!) and Foster.

 
PPR keeper league. Keep one player at every position and one Flex at the start of the year.

Been offered Cooper + Eifert for OBJ. Tempted to take it. Thoughts?

Who do you like this week between Andy Dalton (home against Cleveland tonight) or Big Ben (home against Oakland)? I'm leaning slightly towards Dalton but would appreciate your insight. Thanks!

Hey Sig-

I'm 1-7 in my PPR 10 team dynasty league. I'm going into full-on rebuild mode. Can you look at my roster and maybe tell me who I should be trying to deal, and maybe a few names I should look to target in trades? I guess we're not a full on dynasty. We have to get down to 12 players pre-draft. So who should I definitely hold onto?

1. 8 team standard league with a very shallow bench (5 spots). Cam, Carr, Bortles & Taylor are all available. Drop Luck? If so, for whom? I'd rather not stream, so looking for someone ROS. Leaning Cam.

EDIT: I dropped Luck and picked up Cam

2. 12-team standard league flex question: CJ, Colston, Julius Thomas, Coleman. Leaning CJ.

3. 12-team PPR: I know I probably shouldn't rush Vernon Davis out there, but is he worth a start over Thomas? I'm guessing no?

I am trying to go after either D Williams, M Ingram or Lamar Miller. PPR league where we can only start 2 RB’s no flex. Williams has SEA and a BYE coming, which doesn’t make him the clear #1. NO has a great schedule the rest of the way, so feel like Ingram should be the #1 target of the three.

How would you rank these 3 in terms of whom I should be pursuing and how much difference exists between them.

2) Is there even a snowball's chance Chris Givens can be a poor man's Torrey Smith-as-a-Raven fantasy option down the stretch this season? Or is that aiming too high?

3) Just completed a somewhat ballsy trade, acquiring Andrew Luck in a redraft league. Assuming he's healthy, you like his post-Denver game outlook?

SIg, in 12 team, non-ppr (standard) yahoo league (1QB, 2WR, 2RB, Flex, K, D) where my current roster is comprised of:

QB Roethlisberger, Tannehill

RB Lamar Miller, Charles Sims, Tevin Coleman, Christine Michael (Arian Foster - RIP)

WR Julio, Dez, Marshall, Moncrief, Jordan Matthews

TE Reed, Vernon Davis

The team's record is 3-5 and clearly in need of a second RB with an excess at WR. I can trade either Dez or Marshall straight up for Lacy, McFadden, Dion Lewis or possibly Deangelo Williams (bye next week hurts). Alternately, I think I could trade Julio for Deangelo AND Lacy (or maybe Dion Lewis/McFadden 2-for-1). Which WR(s) should I trade and for which RB(s)? I'd appreciate any thoughts and many thanks for the time.

Couple of questions this week:

PPR 12 team league, are you a little nervous about Julio playing against Norman weeks 14 & 16? He kind of shut Julio down last year in both games.

I'm thinking of trading for Julio we start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR/TE Flex

The owner has expressed the possibility of trading me Julio

My Team:

QB: Palmer, Carr

RB: Forsett, Ivory, Gore, C Mike

WR: A Brown, Amari Cooper, A Rob, Smokey, Moncrief

TE: Kelce, Reed

D: Broncos

His Team:

QB: Brees, Taylor

RB: Woodhead, Ellington, Mathews, Coleman, Sproles (former Foster Owner)

WR: Julio, Mega, Landry, Snead

TE: Vernon, Heath

I was thinking Forsett or Ivory and Cooper for Julio. He has mentioned this trade before but wavers back and forth. If his RBs crap the bed and he loses this week I'm going to propose the trade unless you see anything wrong with it. It does leave me thin at RB with two guys that may not last the whole season (Ivory and Gore) with no immediate starting options on the WW. That and the Josh Norman thing have made me a little tentative, I think he held Julio to 6 for 59 on 11 targets and 4 for 58 on 8 targets...

Also need to pick two rbs from freeman, dion lewis, and ivory?

For TE, a lot of options: reed, tamme, ben Watson, j cameron, clay or fleener?

Finally, at qb i could start luck, carr, or tyrod taylor? Im leaning carr.

Was just offered Matt Jones for Jordan Mathews .5 ppr league. 12 tm 2 rb 2 wr 2 flex 1 te

Have OBJ, ARob,Matthews and Inman. Hill, Pierre, CMike, Abdullah and Cobb at RB. Eifert and Davis at TE. Thinking of rolling with both TEs if Davis comes around.

Would you make this trade? I have hope for eagles passing game following bye but wanted your thoughts. I admit I have zero clarity on Washington RB situation moving forward.

Hi Sig,

Love the Advice, I have a few questions this week.

12 team ppr

I have been offered Deangelo Wlliams for my Allen Robinson.

The receivers I would still have are Julio, dez, watkins, vjax. My running backs are Gore, JStewart, Matt Jones, and C mike. Should I do that trade or should I look to trade Julio due to the unfriendly playoff schedule and keep arob, dez, watkins. I'm 7-1 thanks to the easiest schedule in the league.

Also for this week any reason to play Atlanta D over Denver?

Which two will see more weeks in which they're startable, ROS, in TD-scoring: Ellington, Spiller, Abdullah, Da.Johnson, CMike, Rawls, Joique? More specifically, if you had Da.Johnson and CMike, would you drop either for one of the others (try to get both Cards together, for instance)?

In the same TD-scoring league, who finds the pylons 1+ times this week?..

--Carr or Eli.

--Two from Stewart, Gore, Langford.

--Two from OBJ, Evans, Cooper, Diggs.

12 team std......1st place with solid team. I have Eifert and Reed. Hate carrying 2 TEs. About the only trade I can come up with is Reed for DJackson though I already have Cobb/ARob/Evans/Diggs/Aiken. Otherwise, is Reed droppable or continue to hold?

Also, Joique Bell worth a bench spot?
