Welker? (1 Viewer)

He was limited in practice again yesterday. I doubt we will know anything new today, which sucks since i have to decide today on what i should do.

I am thinking of subbing in Donald Driver for him and calling it a day.

(TheHuddle) Patriots.com reports New England Patriots WR Wes Welker (knee) was limited during practice Saturday, Sept. 12, and has been listed as questionable for Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills. Analysis: The situation with Welker is appearing more and more like he will be a game-time decision if he can play at all. Fantasy owners should proceed with caution here in regard to his status for Week 1 .(RotoWire) Welker (knee) has been termed a limited practice participant this week and is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Bills, the Boston Globe reports. Analysis: Other than the normal "you never know with the Pats" thoughts in the back of owners' heads, there's been no real red flags regarding Welker's Week 1 availability. We expect him to be out there Monday, but check back before kickoff to be sure.(Rotoworld) Wes Welker (knee) is listed as questionable for Monday night's game against the Bills. Analysis: We fully expect Welker to play. He practiced in a limited fashion all week, and should be started with confidence.

I dont know about starting with confidence.........my head hurts :lmao:

My only other option is Jenkins b/c of Pierre Thomas and Lynch. I can't believe I am having issues in week 1. I guess I will start Welker and hope for the best.

I would advise all you guys to just make your decisions on the assumption that welker plays --- he's a tough little dude.

I would be very surprised if he didn't play.

I REALLY want to start Welker but would be fudged if he doesn't play.

Would you guys play it safe and start Portis and KW2 in his place in 2 PPR leagues?

He could play but be limited, they could also pull him if the game gets out of hand early which it easily could. I'm staying away this week.

I heard again this morning that Welker should play tomorrow night and my intel is right 99% of the time.

That being said, I expect a ho hum week for him with Moss to have a huge game and Baker getting some red zone looks. I personnaly would consider other decent options if you have them, but I wouldn't bench Welker for say Johnnie Lee Higgins.

 Sadly, I just picked up Louis Murphy in case I absolutely have to have someone to plug in tomorrow night.
