I havent seen anything on the front page about this, has anyone heard how serious Westbrooks injury is? Could he be a guy to target this week with the injury scare and having a mediocre week?

He's hurt every week, every year. Odds are, he will play, but you better check up until the very last second just in case he doesn't.

High sprain on a surgery-repaired ankle. Doesn't sound too good. He'll likely see less carries with McCoy picking up the slack. As the week goes on there will be a clearer picture of who will get the majority, but from what reports are saying, expect a 60/40 split with McCoy seeing the bigger slice of the pie.

There's alot of talk on the radio in Philly that Westy has lost a step that he couldn't afford to lose. I might not trade him....but I don't think there is a chance in hell I'd trade for him.

Daily News Live on Comcast (Philly) today suggested the Eagles would consider resting him this week with a bye next week. Knowing how the Eagles work, a decision won't be made public until Sunday morning.

You just posted information that is wrong....it was not a high ankle sprain. In fact Andy Reid stated such and suggested he tweaked his ankle. It would not suprise me to see him sit out this week with the bye coming and give him a full 2 weeks to heal up.

Definitely not a high ankle sprain, but there is some swelling according to the Inquirer.

I'd prefer that he sits out Week 3, and let McCoy rip up the Chiefs. That kid has some talent.
