After two concussions in three weeks....you've got to think this could be the end of the line for Westy. Great player. I hope I'm wrong, but this is bad.

Any projections for McCoy the rest of the year?

Yeah. Few players continue long after the concussions start coming in rapid succession. Not saying Westy can't buck that trend, but I don't think it's likely. McCoy is straight up the player to own in this backfield now.

I don't know. I definitely don't think he will play again this year but considering that he really hasn't played that much this year if he gets some RnR and comes back next year at 100% he might have a productive year or two left in him. Best-case scenario is that McCoy and Westbrook can split carries in the future. He honestly shouldn't have played this week. I'd have rather him be completely over his first concussion and have him ready for a playoff run. He could still produce this year but it will be in the playoffs if the Eagles even make the playoffs.

It will all depend on how his brain reacts. I actually can't believe they put him back on the field after that other serious concussion. Then to get another one right away is very bad. They'll definitely shut him down for the season IMO and see how he does.
