Do I need to improve anything and how should I do it? I’ve been thinking of trading Ajayi for a better QB2 but I don’t know who I could package with him and I’m not sure how his value is right now. FYI It’s a full pt ppr, 6 pt td scoring, i’m sitting in 2nd place at 6-1 (soon to be 7-1) in an 8 man league. My league’s playoffs are only weeks 15 and 16. All feedback is appreciated and yes, my league does start two kickers.

Considering it's an 8 person league and Ajayi is a flex player, and considering the amount of volume he gets, its still not a bad idea to hang on to him. Do you start 2 Qbs or just one? Your lineup is strong enough to shield his deficiencies and if he has a good game, bolsters your team even more. If you do move him, you might look into acquiring a late season pickup like Danny Woodhead or Rex Burkhead.

Not a bad idea. I think Ajayi might be a hold right now just because he got traded to Philadelphia but I think with Winston's shoulder injury and the possibility of them holding him out this weekend, you could either pick up Fitzpatrick, Garropolo, or Bridgewater off waivers (assuming they're available) or take a shot and see if you can get Brees (or buy low on Matt Ryan).
